This Privacy Policy (the «Policy») is drafted in accordance with Russian Federal Law 152-FZ «On Personal Data» (27.07.2006) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union.

- Files attached to the request (briefs, references)

3. Processing purposes
Personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:
- Contacting you about the project or service
- Preparing a quote and proposal
- Signing and executing a contract
- Notifying you of service changes (only with consent)
- Analyzing site usage and improving user experience
- Compliance with applicable law
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Consent of the data subject (art. 6 of 152-FZ; GDPR art. 6(1)(a))
- Contract performance to which the data subject is a party
- Legitimate interests of the Operator in improving service quality

Personal data is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
The Operator applies organizational and technical safeguards:

- Protection against unauthorized access, alteration and destruction
Retention: data is stored no longer than necessary for the processing purposes or until consent is withdrawn. Client contact data — up to 3 years after the engagement ends.

The Operator does not share your personal data with third parties, except where such sharing is necessary to perform the contract or required by law.
When third-party services are used (payment systems, accounting), they likewise comply with applicable data-protection requirements.
7. Cookies & analytics
This site uses cookies — small text files saved in your browser. They are used to:

- Collect anonymous visit statistics (Yandex.Metrika)

Quotations with an active link to the source are allowed.
